How can I check my order status?
If you have set up an account with M&C Baby Co. Ltd., you can sign in to check your order status, and tracking info. If you do not have an account, you may call Customer Service at (604) 528-5994 from 11am-7pm PST on weekdays and 12pm-5pm PST on weekends with your order number.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification that includes tracking information. You can track your shipment through Canada Post using this tracking number.
How long is processing time for my orders?
All Standard orders received before 12:00pm PST are processed within 1 business day of payment verification.
Orders placed after 12pm or weekends are processed the following business day.
Can I place an order via a phone call?
Yes. If you prefer to order by phone, please call us at (604) 528-5994 from 11am-7pm PST on weekdays and 12pm-5pm PST on weekends.
Do you ship internationally?

How do I return or exchange a product?

Refunds and Exchanges
We only accept exchanges and store credit refunds within 10 days of purchase. Please retain the receipt for exchange/store credits. Items must be in its original condition, complete with receipt, tags attached, unworn/unwashed, and in original packaging.
Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If you are approved, then your request will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be sent to your email.
For safety, health and hygienic reasons, some products are final sale (bottles, toys, nipples, pacifiers, teethers, bath tubs, bathing accessories, skin care products, potties, clearance and special order items). Late or missing social credits
You must allow 3-5 business days for exchange/social credit to process. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discount or promotional items are final sale.
To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: 5778 East Blvd, Vancouver BC V6M 4M4. Customers will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $99, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
